Joël Robuchon (born the 7th of April 1945 in Poitiers) is a worldwide famous French chef.
He studied cooking at Mauléon-sur-Sèvre’s Séminary.

His first parisian restaurant was elected best Restaurant of the World in 1994 by the International Herald Tribune.
He now supervises restaurant all over the world as in Monaco, Tokyo, Macao, Las Vegas, New York, London, Hong Kong.
